Brockhampton Estate's Raspberry Jam was one of The National Trust Fine Farm Produce Awards winners and one can see why. The fruit is all grown on the estate, which surrounds the moated medieval manor of Lower Brockhampton, by Hill House Farm.
The fruit is hand-picked and the jam is made with only the fruit and sugar. They use no pesticides, chemicals or sprays so the taste is that of pure raspberries. Look out next year for their cherry jam, made from their newly-refurbished cherry orchards.
